Kin welcomes two new
co-directors

Over the past year the KIN co-founders have been steadily working on our strategy and the development of the structure of KIN. To enable us to do this we’ve brought on two new co-directors, Elena Blackmore and Gillian Katungi who will be responsible for supporting the development of a sustainable structure for KIN and ensuring we have a more robust, supportive organisation in place for Black activist, campaigner and organiser communities and individuals. Elena and Gillian bring a wealth of lived experience and skill across organising, organisational development, strategy, engagement and participation and we’re so excited to see how their shared vision and approaches shape the future of KIN!

Over the coming year they will collectively focus on KIN’s strategy and organisational development, as well as exploring the potential for more convenings in the current context.

To hear more about KINs progress and receive updates you can reach Elena and Gillian at info@kinfolknetwork.com, Twitter and Instagram.
